Refection

I do not mind blogging. I like how you can blog about really anything you need credit for to get hours for it. It make it a little more free when picking a topic. I don't really understand the idea of blogging but I would assume that its for sharing ideas? I don't have a main theme about blogging, I just blog what I want to know or something that I like. I guess I learned how to set up a blog, and take screen shots with a Mac computer. I learned more from stuff that I posted. No I really could not set up a blog site for a business because I do not really like doing this. I suppose I could if I really tried.... but I couldn't see my self maintaining a blog.

Climate Change

Yes I believe in climate change. Their is honestly so much scientific evidence that it is real, I really don't know how you wouldn't believe it? I found a very good site, that seems to be unbiased it's called http://www.skepticalscience.com/. I like this site because it tells you what a skeptic of global warming would ask. Then they use cited sources, and studies to answer the question or to prove the skeptic right or wrong. Like a lot of people will say that the sun is heating up, so the temperature of the sun would be directly related to to the temperature of earth. But what science is saying is when you look at past events when the sun temperature goes down the temperature of the earth doesn't go down. You can look at this site to see the evidence.

Zombie Apocalypse

I think it would really depend on how the situation was. Like if the zombies could run fast, think, if i had time to get stuff and prepare. But lets say the zombies were kind of fast, couldn't think, and I had to to get stuff prepared. I would make our house a fortress with my family, and a select few. I would cover all of the windows with a wood on the outside and steel on the inside. I would upgrade all of the locks in the house, and fortifie all the doors too. I then would go to a store to get water filters, lots of water, 7.62x54r bullets lots and lots of those. Other things I feel like I would need. Lots of canned food and dry food and freeze dried goods to. Fill all of our cars up with gas. After that I would just hunker down and get even more ready for the invasion.

House

If money was not a issue to buy a house. I would create my own house. It would have a private beach but also have a private backyard. It would be close to the city, but also far away from people so I could do private things. It would have 2 floors, and a really nice basement. The basement would be very big, and would have a fridge, counter just lots of things. But the basement would be more of a work place. My kitchen would be really nice. I don't I would just have a nice house I don't have a huge preference. I would really have to think about it. But I would like it to maybe be solar?

Stanford Study

The stanford study was done in the summer of 1991. In the basment of stanford they converted 4 or 5 rooms into prsion cells. Then took about 20 collage students, all emotional stable and healthy. They then chose half of them to be guards, and the other half prisoners. All of the prisoners were gave numbers instead of names. All of the guards got a nice uniform, billy club and a pair of mirrord sunglasses. The guards could not hurt the prisoners, but they could cause fear and distress in them. All the the prisoners got actuly arrested and then were brought to the fake jail. Then stripped down and gave a humiliating clothes to were. The prisoners thought they were being treatd wrong. So some barracated them selves in there cells, and ripped there numbers off. The guards retaliated by shooting a fire exstighusher to get them out. That did not work, and the prisoner got pissed. The guards then strpped the prissoner naked, and thru him in the hole. At this time some of the prisoners and freaking out. After that the prisoners start to obey more. But the guards just keep getting nasty and more abusive. After the 5th day 2 people had to leave. For a emotional break downs. Then the whole study had to be shut down on the 6th day. Becasue the the whole thing was really getting out of hand. The gaurds started to get really abusive. If they didn't feel like they had  "power". Some say the whole experiment was tooken way to far.

How a radar detector works?

A radar detector or "fuzz buster" is a device you put in your car to detect speed traps by cops. Or to detect if a cop is tracking your speed. A radar system emits electromagnetic waves towards an object, the waves are then bounced off the object back to the receiving device. It then measures the frequency of the wave. This method can be used to detect an objects speed, direction and range. A radar detector works the same as a radio receiver. The radio receiver just picks up AM or FM frequencies. Same with a radar detector, but instead of AM or FM frequencies, it detects the cops speed gun. When it detects the cops electromagnetic wave it gives of some kind of beep or warning. Then as the signal of the radar gets stronger, the beep will get faster.

Political cartoon

This represents the tension that Russia and the USA had during the cold war. This picture is kinda true, if you think about it... because that is what we were doing during the cold war, which really is not practical. Who really is going to win if you have 1,000s of nuclear bombs pointed at each other? If one side shoots a nuke, the other side is gonna shoot their nuke. Then, after that, there is going to be lots of radioactive gas from the explosions. This then goes into the atmosphere, and goes every where around the world. So nuclear bombs are really not the answer for anything.
