- (A) Curiosity will trundle around its landing site looking for interesting rock features to study. Its top speed is about 4cm/s
- (B) This mission has 17 cameras. They will identify particular targets, and a laser will zap those rocks to probe their chemistry
- (C) If the signal is significant, Curiosity will swing over instruments on its arm for close-up investigation. These include a microscope
- (D) Samples drilled from rock, or scooped from the soil, can be delivered to two hi-tech analysis labs inside the rover body
- (E) The results are sent to Earth through antennas on the rover deck. Return commands tell the rover where it should drive next

Curiosity Mars rover
The Curiosity rover was launched seven weeks ago in mars, to see if mars was ever compatible for life. It has already shown evidence of running water on Mars in the past. Scientists on the mission team say the size and rounded shape of the
pebbles in the rock indicate they had been transported and eroded in
water.(picture above) I find this interesting because we are exploring a planet we really do not know that much about, with a robot over thousands and thousands of miles away. I am sure they are going to find lots and lots of cool stuff there. They are planning on going to a massive crater, that will show all the different levels of soil and rock, from the past millions of years. They are going to then test that with all of there toys on the rover to find out if life ever had life. This whole project is being funded for two years. But the rover is powered by a nuclear battery that can last for five years. So this experiment will last a while.

Favorite team
I don't really have a favorite team because I don't really watch sports to much. But If I have to think about it I would choose Real Madrid it is a soccer club in Spain. I really have not watched them too much but I always liked Robinho because he was # 10 and he had some good foot work. Real Madrid is a soccer club that all the professionals play after or before the world cup. Its still really serious though. There will be riots if one team looses. Soccer is just so much more of a big deal in other country's. If you compare it to football in America. The people that fallow Real Madrid or like Manchester United, that is there life and they will pretty much die for them. Here is a video of Robinho skills, he is very good in my opinion. He can handle the ball with great precession. He kinda reminds me of Pele....

What car I would get?
If my parents would buy me any car I would get a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I like this car because it looks cool and its good on gas. I don't really car if it can go fast or not. I do care if it has good acceleration though. It has lots of trunk space, which is good if I wanna go on a road trip. So as you can see with only 129 in torque it can't accelerate that fast. But I don't car it gets really good gas mileage, and gas is going to be sooo expensive. It gets 41 mpg in the city and 31 on the highway. Ummm I don't know if I want this car anymore. O well this is fake anyway.

Where I would go??? Jamaica
I would go to Jamaica. Just because it would be cool to see some real Rastafarians ,and go to some places were Bob Marley lived. Many people think that Jamaica is a friendly chill place. But if you go there, and you look like a tourist and you go into some of the actual bad places there or a place thats not part of the resort. Then you are going to get robbed. I've talked to people that went there, and they will walk around with there pockets inside out, so no one robs them. I'm not saying all of Jamaica is like this , just I'd be careful. They do live in poverty their. Now other then that they have beautiful beaches, girls ,rasta culture. It is a really fun place, and I would really like to go. Even though weed is illegal there it is around every were. But surprisingly I here that its not very good. I would love to go on their beaches and see there crystal clean water. Its a little island full of positive vibrations. Oh and their language is honestly like my favorite sound ever. They mix in American, French and there own Rasta tung. I think it sounds really cool. So I just think it would be a good experience.

Compare Phones
The two phones I will be comparing today are the Photon 4G and the Iphone 4G. I have the Photon right now, and I had the Iphone 4G. So I have some experience with them. First the negative, the Photon touch screen is not very good compared to the Iphone. The Iphone has a great feel and is extremely responsive. The Photon even though you can download different touch screen sensors, it is still no match for the Iphone touch screen. The photon is a lower quality phone for materials, its like plastic and it feels like a toy. The Iphone is just a solid piece of a equipment. Its made out of metal and a very strong glass. But the Photon is much more of a free market. I can literally download free music, from a app I downloaded from the Droid market for free. You can also change really anything about it, and customize it to your specifications. So you really can make it your own phone. Compared to the Iphone they are like nazis when it come to changing anything on it. You only can download music from the apple store; you can't watch videos on the internet because it won't let you download flash player. So unless you jailbreak your Iphone your phone is going to be restricted. So I would choose the Photon just because it is more of a free phone. I wish they made a Photon and a Iphone morphed together.... the Iphoton
Here is a link to a unbiased look comparing the Iphone vs Photon

What pet I would get?
I have a lot of animals... But for my first pet that I would buy on my own. I would buy or adopt a Wolf hybrid German Shepherd puppy. The reason I would get a puppy, other then cause they look so cool. Is because then I would pretty much raise him, and teach him things. We would have a really good relationship, and he would be very noble. Then when he is older he would really trust me. I like German Shepherd Wolf hybrids, because they don't trust most people when they first see them. So you gotta work your way up to even pet them. Wolf hybrids just look sick too, and they are really smart and wise. They do shed though... which is a flaw, but I don't mind.
What he would need?
- Food
- Water
- Leash
- Colar
- Walks
- Toys
- Bed
- I.D.
- Vet Shots
- Treats

What to buy with $150
For my $150 shopping spree I would blow the whole $150 on a set of JBL P662. This is the best speaker you can get before investing in a component speaker. JBL defines quality in the sound system world mostly with their speakers ,and amplifiers. JBL will offer a really clean, smooth, and clear music. It also offers a really deep bass instead of just having a loud bass. I would have got component speakers... but my amp I have (1200 watt BOSS) to power my 4 car speakers cant handle a set of component speakers. I would have to spend much more money to do that... maybe in the future. I would need to get a higher quality amp other then a BOSS. Which is really a low quality, and can't handle good quality speakers like these. I would need like a alpine or a kicker or JBL.......

Light Art
I recently learned about light art. It is really interesting and cool to me. How it works is you would have a camera and on that camera you would set the drag to a low setting I think. So what that does is instead of taking a picture in a half a second it takes a picture in like two seconds. So if there is movement it captures it. Its kinda like a video camera but its just a picture that captures a few seconds. I have never done it. But I understand how it works, and I've seen people do it. Its weird to think about though. Like if you have a laser pointer and you move that around the room really fast it will look like a solid line. Which I don't understand, but it makes sense. Maybe its because the light takes time to get back to ur eyes so it just appears its a solid line. But I do not know. It looks cool though, and I can't explain it right now.
Favorite thing about summer
My favorite thing I did this summer was.... well I didn't do any thing to crazy this summer I long boarded a lot and got way better. But like I had a fun summer but I really didn't do anything to memorable. O I did go camping and had fun doing that and played with some glow sticks:) But Idk this was just a real chill summer.

Atmosphere-Scapegoat
It's the caffeine, the nicotine, the miligrams of tar
It's my habitat, it needs to be cleaned, it's my car
It's the fast talk they use to abuse and feed my brain
It's the cat box it needs to be changed, it's the pain
It's women, it's the flight for power it's government
It's the way you're giving knowledge
slow with thought control and subtle hints
It's rubbing it, It's itching it, It's applying cream
It's the foreigners sight seeing with high beams, It's in my dreams
It's the monsters that I conjure, It's the marijuana
It's embarrassment, displacement, it's where I wander
It's my genre, It's Madonna's videos
It's game shows, cheap liquor, blunts,
and bumper stickers with rainbows
It's angels, demons, gods, it's the white devils
It's the monitors, the soundman, it's the motherfucking mic levels
It's gas fumes, fast food, Tommy Hil' and mommy's pill
Columbia House music club, designer drugs and rhyming thugs
It's bloods, crips, fives, six
It's stick up kids,
It's christian conservative terrorists, it's porno flicks
It's the east coast, no it's the west coast
It's public schools, it's asbestos
It's mentholated, It's techno
It's sleep, life, and death
It's speed, coke, and meth
It's hay fever, pain relievers, oral sex, and smokers breath
It stretches for as far as the eye can see
It's reality, fuck it , it's everything but me
On and on and on and on
The list goes on and on and on and on
[KRS One scratched 4x] "it's all according that life on a whole..."
It's in the water, it's in the air, it's in the meat
It's indirect, indiscrete, inconsistent, incomplete
It's in the streets, every city and everywhere you go
In every man it's the insanity, the fantasy, the casualties
It's the health care system, it's welfare victims
It's assault weapons, it's television religion, and it's false lessons
It's cops, police, pigs with badges guns and sticks
It's harassment and a complex you carry when you're running shit
It's wondering if you get to eat, it's the heat
It's the winter , the weather
It's herpes, and it's forever
It's the virus that takes the lives of the weak and the strong
It's the drama that keeps on between me and my seed's mom
It's that need to speak long, it's that hunger for attention
It's the wack , who attack songs of redemption
It's prevention, It's the first solution
It's loose, it's out for retribution,
it's mental pollution...and public execution
It's the nails that keep my hands and feet to these boards
It's the part time job that governs what you can afford
It's the fear, It's the fake
It's clear it can make time stop
and leave you stranded in the year of the snake
It's the dollar, yen, pound, it's all denomination
It's hourly wages for your professional observations
It's on your face and it's in your eyes
It's everything you be
Cause it ain't me, motherfucker, cause it ain't me, uh
On and on and on and on

I like this song because I can't really figure it out. In his lyrics he talks about good things and bad things, which makes me think that the deeper message of the song is that everything he talks about revolves around life and reality, and that life and reality have good things and bad things. Or it could mean like all the temptation in life, but he also talks about the police and the government. So really I now think that this song is about everything, and anything. But he is really good at connected everything and makes it sound smooth, and it flows perfectly. The rhythm is good to.

City of Theives
In class we are reading this book and I find it to be a interesting book so far... Even though we literally only read the first page. So I really do not know to much about it. But we did talk about was the beautiful grammar used in the first page. At first I was thinking that grammar was a set thing, and that there was a right way and a wrong way. But now I learned that if you learned the basics of grammar. You can really turn it into a art, and make it "beautiful". But I really don't know how to make it Beautiful yet. Anyways back to the book. I am interested in this because I feel like it is going to be a good story that is actually entertaining. I did read the back of the book and it said it was a bout a man that has to save his life by stealing a dozen eggs. For a wedding cake. Usually this would be easy, but this is in the time of the Nazis so it is really really hard to steal a egg because there is no eggs to steal.
